- All interactions with your tenant – including rent collection and setting up inspections
- Checking your rent has been received and following up with tenants if this is missed
- Monthly investment statement showing your income and expenses
- Annual income and expenses statement for your accountant
- Quarterly house inspections* – you can opt in for more inspections if you require them
- Arranging trades to fix maintenance issues at your property and processing water rates, incur a fee of 7.5% per event
*Please check your insurance to confirm the number of inspections you require per annum.
